A nonsmoker with no pets is preferable, but is negotiable.
Utilities are not included in rent (of $538.75) and range from about $50-$100 a month depending on how much air conditioner is used. We have cable and internet.
The apartment already has furniture in the living room and kitchen. If you would like to purchase my bed and desk from me, it is also a possibility but not necessary. A price can be agreed upon if you would like to buy one or both pieces.
